CCTV “Look and See” Inspection Service

This service is exclusively available when scheduled alongside a flue or chimney sweep that requires inspection.

Please note, this is NOT a comprehensive chimney survey and does not include a formal report. The purpose of this inspection is to provide a visual assessment of the internal condition of the chimney or flue.

Clients are welcome to observe the live footage on a 10-inch monitor during the inspection if they wish.

Chimney CCTV Survey – Our advanced 4K CCTV inspection system offers exceptional clarity, providing a comprehensive view of the interior of your chimney. This detailed examination is ideal for identifying any issues or confirming the condition of the structure.

Each Chimney CCTV Survey includes a detailed inspection report, suitable for use by surveyors, estate agents, and insurance companies.

Please note, additional time may be required to ensure the safe and complete removal of all debris, depending on the complexity of the blockage.
